Bonnie

Culp

Chief Financial Officer

Bonnie brings more than 19 years of experience to Euro RSCG Discovery. As Chief Financial Officer, she manages and supervises the financial operations for Euro RSCG Discovery's five locations and is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company. Aside from corporate financial planning and economic modeling, Bonnie also provides strategic insight, leadership and coordination as part of the senior executive team. On a daily basis, she offers operational, business planning, accounting and budgeting expertise to the hundreds of professionals in the network.

Bonnie started with Euro RSCG Discovery in 1998. Prior to joining Euro RSCG Discovery, Bonnie was in the public accounting sector, specializing in the audit of car dealerships. She brings an automotive and non-profit healthcare background with a concentration in contract negotiation to the leadership team.

Chris

Oliver

Managing Director, Loyalty

Chris has Direct Marketing running through his blood. He has worked within the Euro RSCG network since 2005, and joined Euro RSCG Discovery in 2010, moving to Baltimore from EHS 4D in London.

Chris has a strong background in CRM and Loyalty marketing, and is well versed and experienced in both traditional and digital disciplines.

In London, he lead the portfolio of the Tesco business, covering Tesco.com, Tesco mobile and broadband, Tesco Bank, Wine Club, and more significantly, Tesco Clubcard — the gold standard in loyalty programs. During this time, he helped place Clubcard at the center of the Tesco business, in order for it to become the most important tool to help fight fierce competition in a very challenging market context.

Chris also scoped and helped launch loyalty programs for HMV (a UK-based music, games, movie retailer), and conceived, launched and managed numerous CRM programs, viral campaigns and other online initiatives for clients such as News International (media owner), Odeon Cinema and Jacob's Creek and Montana wines.

Before seeing the light and joining the Euro RSCG network, Chris worked within the TBWA group at Tequila London. Here, Chris worked across a number of business sectors and disciplines — winning numerous awards for Virgin One Account (finance), delivering pan European promotions for Visa and was instrumental in launching a successful multichannel CRM program for The British Army.

Clive

Maclean

Chief Executive Officer

Clive Maclean joined Euro RSCG Discovery as Chief Executive Officer in June 2010. He has been tasked with continuing to drive growth for the agency, which has already become one of the commercial leaders in the Euro RSCG network and has seen the likes of IBM, Groupon and Sonic join its roster over the past months. Maclean's first objective is to deliver clients a unified offering in line with the agency's digital-at-the-core model.

Prior to joining Euro RSCG Discovery, Maclean worked with the likes of Naked, Engauge and Whittmanhart via his own company, Clive Maclean Consulting. Maclean has also served as North American president of The Marketing Store where he worked with clients such as McDonald's, Coca Cola and Allstate. Before joining The Marketing Store, Maclean ran Kestenbaum Consulting, part of WPP's Wunderman. He's also served as president of FCB Direct in Chicago, as well as Leo Burnett Interactive in South Africa, where he's originally from.

The breadth and depth of Maclean's experiences give him a unique and leading perspective on where the industry is headed, backed up by a track record of driving growth for some of the nation's leading marketers. Euro RSCG Discovery, with Maclean at its helm and strong team around him, has gained momentum across the U.S. as one of the leading intelligent brand engagement agencies with a deep understanding of how companies can market effectively in the ever-changing marketing space and grow their business.

Dan

Dawes

SVP, Digital Operations

Dan is a seasoned advertising and marketing professional with 18 years of experience with the past 12 focused on leveraging digital in integrated marketing plans. His experience covers many industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, CPG, transportation, healthcare, retail/franchise, education and associations.

As SVP of Digital Operations, he is responsible for overall digital strategy and implementation oversight, and partnering with other agency Teams to create fully integrated marketing solutions.

Jeffrey

Rudolf

VP, Digital Services

Jeffrey joined the Euro network in 2010 when his digital agency, Congruent Media, was acquired by Euro RSCG Discovery. He brings with him 12 years of database and programming experience, and a deep understanding of how to leverage the Internet to reach optimal outcomes for clients. With a background in development and years of experience managing projects and his own agency, Jeffrey offers the unique ability to bridge the gap between technology and its business application.

Jeffrey has helped UPS Logistics Technologies, Johns Hopkins University, Case Handyman and Westlaw/Court Express realize their Internet vision. As the VP of Digital Operations, he helps to shape and define the digital solutions provided by Euro RSCG Discovery.

Jeffrey is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Management and Information Systems.

Jeff

Wygant

SVP, Executive Creative Director

For the past 28 years, Jeff has created breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns for financial, health care, non-profit, travel, telecom and high-tech clients. Since joining Euro 20 years ago, Jeff and his creative team have consistently helped B2C and B2B clients acquire, retain, and cross-sell customers for clients, while winning national and international awards.

Their successes have led to longstanding relationships with clients such as Chase, Saab, The Bermuda Department of Tourism, Citibank, Thomson Prometric, BMW Financial Services and others.

During a six-year relationship with The United Way of Central Maryland, Jeff and his team created campaigns that boosted awareness of the organization's mission and raised funds for hundreds of local and regional charities.

In addition, Jeff has served as a guest lecturer at Loyola University Maryland and has conducted seminars in copywriting and brainstorming for clients, as well as for local marketing organizations.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising from Penn State University and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.

When not greasing the wheels of commerce, Jeff can be found restoring his 1899 Ellicott City farmhouse or displaying his marginal skills on the world's greatest golf courses.

Ward

Thomas

General Manager, Director of Analytics

Ward Thomas has been with Euro RSCG 4D Discovery for over 14 years, conducting and supervising analytical projects for a variety of clients in multiple industries. Ward co-founded the research effort at Euro RSCG 4D Discovery. He progressed from an analyst to research and analysis director, overseeing all modeling projects undertaken by Euro RSCG 4D Discovery's technology and development team.

Ward is the inventor of four proprietary Euro RSCG 4D Discovery segmentation and analysis tools, including the COI Modeling Technique, a behavioral LTV-based segmentation system driven by a hybrid of relational multivariate models.

Ward has developed successful models and segmentation systems addressing different customer lifecycle stages for clients such as Volkswagen, Nestle, Citibank, Los Angeles Times, Sony, Sprint and AARP. In addition, he has created and consulted on modeling projects for clients abroad.

Ward has spoken at numerous conferences including the Bank Marketing Association, the New York, New England and Washington D.C. Direct Marketing Associations, and NCDM. He has served on the faculty of the Interactive Marketing Institute at Virginia Commonwealth University for eight years.

Ward's publications include a two-part series featured in DM News, as well as The Journal of Database Marketing, focused on the utilization of predictive modeling for optimal profitability.

Ward was a Phi Beta Kappa Economics/Business major at Randolph-Macon College in Virginia. He received his Master of Decision Sciences degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
