Tesco Shopper's Advantage

We created Tesco Shopper's Advantage, the worldwide benchmark for CRM programs. Tesco was looking to protect dwindling market share and to achieve long-term growth. With the launch of Tesco Clubcard, we helped the retailer transform their business by leveraging customer insight, to create a mutually profitable relationship with 15 million customers. After the launch, weekly sales increased 30%. And Tesco's market share doubled from 16.5% to over 35% in the first 13 years of the program.

During that time, Tesco.com became the world's biggest and most successful online food retailer. According to Tesco CEO, Sir Terry Leahy, "We could not have created the dot.com business without data from the loyalty card." Today, we continue to innovate the program with a data-driven approach to CRM across in-store, direct, digital and mobile to engage customers.

Sprint "Present Tense"

Techies have high expectations. You can't react to what they want. You must anticipate it. Our insight: Understand Sprint customers and deliver the experience they're looking for. As Sprint's direct, digital, email, web and mobile AOR, we build our strategy on consumer insights and data. Our new strategy combined what we know about customers with what we know about mobile devices. The result: a customized, engaging experience. The HTC Evo 3D launch got prospects excited and talking about Sprint devices through exclusive content.

"Present Tense" Our 3D movie trailer brings the device to life with the ultimate engagement. The user is part of the film — encouraging social and viral traffic. The "Be A 3D Star" instant win game gave consumers a chance to win one of 32 HTC Evo 3D phones. Since June, our Evo content has over 2.5 million online and mobile views. Over a million customers have opted into the program. Evo email has a 47% click rate and 25.6% open rate.

Sears Shop Your Way Rewards Program

The average consumer is enrolled in 14 loyalty programs. Yours better stand out. Sears had to stabilize their loyalty program, Shop Your Way rewards. Our insight: Loyalty programs should be more social, more engaging and more rewarding.

Our launch strategy: Stand out in the minds of consumers by creating the One Billion Points video contest, one of the most successful online competitions ever. The contest was promoted through email, web banners, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter — as well as in-store — enabling hands-on interaction with the brand.

The results were staggering. Incredible social engagement — almost 45,000 videos submitted online and in-store. The first six months accounted for over 35% of Sears' sales and more than 20% of K-Mart's sales. We drastically increased brand loyalty. And today, 18 months later, Shop Your Way Rewards is the fastest-growing loyalty program ever — with 80 million loyalty members and counting.

Strayer

Identifying hand-raisers.

Euro Discovery is helping Strayer University connect with prospective students through email, mobile and direct mail. Our integrated communications stream parallels the Strayer University experience itself — by making the process of investigating a Strayer University education personal, interactive and convenient.

SONIC

Serving customers to go.

Euro Discovery deploys of Cruiser Club, Kids Club and My SONIC Card email communications, and ensures the processes run correctly in the database. We also maintain and update SonicDriveIn.com and SonicDriveIn.mobi with monthly LTO (Limited Time Offer) menu and program changes. Along with developing and executing strategic plans for national SMS campaigns, we also manage the Franchisee SMS Program, in conjunction with SONIC's SMS vendor, allowing individual franchisees and co-ops to run their own local SMS marketing programs alongside Corporate's campaign.
