As Marketing Director of Euro RSCG Discovery, Steve has more than 20 years of experience in the CRM space and direct marketing industry. His expertise covers disciplines ranging from database marketing, database strategy, and leveraging technology to achieve business goals. He focuses on the strategic value of data, and how execution performance impacts the customer experience. He is at all times trying to find the value where marketing, psychology, economics and IT intersect.

With Euro RSCG Discovery, he is a new business development executive and develops strategies with existing clients. He helps clients solve their problems by providing them with the right information so they can make the right decisions. This is done through data-driven insights, customer strategy and marketing technologies.

Prior to joining Euro RSCG Discovery, Steve has held numerous positions on the service provider side, in consulting and in the agency space. He has provided expertise throughout the full life-cycle of creating customer-centric marketing databases and strategically leveraging information to help clients make data-driven decisions that impact their bottom-line through customer experience.

In his 20 years, Steve has provided best practices to financial services, pharma, consumer products, and multichannel retail. Steve has a B.S. in Economics from Northern Illinois University, where he found his passion for economics. He also is a graduate of the DePaul University CCP program. Steve resides in Chicago, Illinois.
